When calibrating, the marks on the screen have to be pressed a number of times. Why is this happening?
- There could be ultrasound interference from an environmental source. Click here for information on testing for environmental interference.
- Try replacing the battery in the stylus pen with a new battery.
- There may be an ultrasound sensor failure in the Mimio device. Click here for information on testing for a failed ultrasound sensor.
- If you have another Mimio device available, try calibrating to see if you can isolate the issue to that specific device.
